Because my H&Ps for this rotation follow a slightly different format with slightly different content than previous rotations, my site evaluations were really helpful. I received feedback about medication combinations, particularly scheduled/routine antipsychotics and prn antipsychotics (e.g. for agitation), which I found very useful. Hearing my classmates’ case presentations was also helpful for considering what parts of the history to include and not include.
